E.B. Lighting & Supplies respects copyright and expects the people who use this site to do the same. Where this site accepts uploads or submissions, we act on properly made complaints about material that infringes someone's copyright.

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send us a notice with:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the work you say has been infringed;
3. identification of the material you are complaining about, and enough detail for us to find it — a page address is ideal;
4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material, and we tell the person who posted it what we did and why.

We keep a record of complaints. Where someone infringes repeatedly, we close their account.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice with:

1. your signature;
2. identification of the material and where it was before it was removed;
3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
4. your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who complained.

We may restore the material after a statutory waiting period unless the complainant tells us they have gone to court.

Knowingly making a false claim of infringement — in either direction — carries liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please be sure before you send either kind of notice.
