E.B. Lighting & Supplies is a participating distributor for BGE's Smart Energy Savers Program — qualifying commercial customers can receive instant rebates on energy-efficient lighting fixtures and retrofit kits at the point of sale, with no separate rebate paperwork to file.

Eligible Products

ENERGY STAR Certified Light Fixtures (interior + exterior), LED tube lamps, retrofit kits, exit signs, and other DLC-listed commercial fixtures. Specific product qualification depends on wattage, lumens, and listing status — our sales team can verify any fixture's eligibility before you order.

How It Works

1. Complete the application below with your project details and BGE account information.
2. We verify product eligibility against the current Smart Energy Savers Program list.
3. Approved rebates are applied directly to your invoice — no waiting weeks for a check.

ENERGY STAR Fixtures — Must be listed on the ENERGY STAR Certified Light Fixtures list. Must either be inseparable or be packaged with an ENERGY STAR qualifying lamp from the manufacturer.

Exit Signs — Must be three watts or less with battery backup.

• T8 U-Bend: Must be Type A, B, or Hybrid (Type A & B)
• T5 & T5 HO (4′): Must be Type A, B, or Hybrid (Type A & B)

• 2-Pin CFLED (vertically or horizontally mounted): Must be Type A — see Additional Requirements below
